For physics, the first book is of course, NCERT PHYSICS.

2. Mathematics: 

First, NCERT is a must. After completing NCERT, you should move to other books. I will tell you to avoid books like RD Sharma and R.S Aggarwal, especially if you are preparing for JEE.

Chemistry can be divided into 3 categories - Physical, Organic and Inorganic.

First NCERT is a must for Chemistry. After you have completed NCERT, you can refer to these books:
